Refund policy

Returns are accepted for store credit on unused product with original tags & packaging intact.  Although we love our furry friends, we cannot accept returned items with dog hair or stains.

We cannot accept returns on packaged/unpackaged food, hats, blankets, or pillows.

Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and gift cards are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

DAMAGED ITEMS:  Please reach out via email with photos of your damaged item(s) along with your name & order number.  We will re-send the item.
